Singaporean recipes for one when on exchange in France

I love to cook but I hate to clean; and sadly, when you're living overseas, every single bowl, plate, fork, spoon and whatnot is yours to scrub. Sighpie... but anyhow, over the past 3 days, I've managed to come up with several one-dish recipes for my stay in Le Havre. It is currently summer here and it's 20 degrees celsius - which calls for some good old Chinese soup.

1. Chicken soup and noodles (Les nouilles avec le soupe de poulet)

Chicken
Chinese noodles (not spaghetti)
Chicken stock cubes
Fish sauce or soya sauce
Peas
Onions


2. Wok-fried maggi mee with beef (Les nouilles sautés avec du boeuf)

Maggi Mee (oddly they have this in French supermarkets)
Soya sauce (soja sauce)
Rumsteak
Onion
Garlic
Haricots Verts


3. Fried beehoon wtih omelette and ham


4. Chicken chop with mashed potatoes

Instant mashed potatoes (coz you're cooking for one)
Herbes de provence
Chicken breast (marinated with herbes, garlic, cayenne pepper)


5. Pork wanton soup (Les Raviolis Chinois)

400 g de farine blanche
200 ml d'eau chaude (environ 40 degré)

For the fillings:
Pork
Chou (cabbage)
Chinese onions
sesame oil
Vin jaune chinois


6. Curry chicken noodles

Curry paste from the supermarket
Noodles
Chicken
White fish


7. Fried Prawn Dumplings

-Prawns
-Pork or minced beef
-Vin Jaune
-Cabbage (chou)


8. Fried Rice Taiwanese style

Instant rice
Oil
Sesame oil
Shallots
Eggs
Spring onions
chicken / prawns
peas

9. Beef noodle soup

Beef bones (ask the butcher)
Ginger
Beef stock
noodles
parsley

10. Salmon in tomato sauce with rice
